The Omo Project has created several tools for helping young trainees and their employers to become fully independent to perform their tasks. Our educational resources can be fully customised by the employer to organise the trainee’s tasks.
Video tutorials. Short videos describing good and bad practices in the professional relationship between the trainees, their tutors and the other co-workers. Through these videos we answer some recurrent questions from managers and are aimed also at helping trainees to understand the rules they need to follow.
On my Own At Work App. The application is designed to support the trainee allowing them to be more and more independent. It is customised for every trainee. It Includes information on the working week, ,the daily tasks a check list.to organize the single actions needed to accomplish a task.
Quality kit. This kit is addressed to restaurant and hotel management wishing to join the Valueable network. Is composed by: The code of conduct, the handbook and the Valueable label.
